Grinding and storing limestone

Limestone is extracted from limestone warehouses and sent by means of a belt to be mixed back into containers to be shared with the carpet and other additives. At the last stage, this mixture is grinded very finely and as a result of this process, a product in the form of a gray powder is formed and this is: CEMENT. Cement is stored in large warehouses called “silos”.

This production process requires and consumes very high energy. Therefore, automation systems are needed to save energy and to meet today’s needs and quality and to optimize production.

Safe and low-cost full automation projects are carried out with high standard and quality understanding.

The important points that we consider during the project work are the following:

– Safety;

– High quality;

– Energy saving;

– Revision;

– Optimizing the process;

– Lower costs;

– Alarm and diagnostics.
